Lonesome Valley Ranch consists of a 3 bedroom/3 bath single-story Ranch Home with open living area, dining area and extensive outdoor living area with kitchen. The two story Event Barn has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms upstairs. One bedroom is an enormous bunk room equipped with 8 double bunks and a single bunk,each with their own light and charging stations. There are full kitchens both upstairs and downstairs, with a dining table upstairs and several tables for ample seating in the main area downstairs. The main room of the event barn has a game area, a lounge area and a full saloon bar to entertain guests. It is also equipped with sound system and numerous televisions. The event barn also has an outdoor kitchen and patio and giant wraparound porches on both floors. The home and event barn are built on a ridge to take advantage of incredible Hill Country views and a very consistent southern breeze.

Also included is a full-size NBA basketball court/tennis court/pickle ball court fully netted with flood lights. Also offered is horse shoes, cornhole, darts and other games. There’s an enormous fire pit amongst the oak trees between the home and event barn in the center of a large patio for great gatherings at night.

There is also a 2 bedroom /1 bathroom fishing cabin,a short walk from the other buildings with an extensive deck and pier built out over a 1+ acre pond with fountain and floating dock in the center offering swimming and fishing. Above is a smaller pond recirculating water through a man-made creek spilling into the larger pond. The ranch has been carefully cultivated with expansive pastures with large, scattered oak trees, also parked out areas with medium to large oak trees throughout. Heavily wooded areas have been left throughout the ranch to accommodate the abundant wildlife.
